Build a stronger, flexible and pain free body takes work (hard work), but we have different ways to get you moving and improve your physical condition through strength training, rehab exercises and Pilates.

 With one-one-one and groups classes, face to face or online,

we can work together in 3 different ways:

 

1:2 or 2:1 PT Sessions

As the title says, this is personal.

After your first assessment, we get to work on your physical goals and needs with a personalised and specific training program using different tools and based on a combination of different methods to build strength, improve your mobility, increase your flexibility, and give you that feeling good factor.

PT Sessions are held at 157 Abbotsford Rd, Bowen Hills – Brisbane, in a very private studio using basic equipment and machines, that safely will help you achieve your goals in a sustainable way.

No loud music, screams or “all eyes on me” kind of feeling, we will be working together in an environment where people is looking to improve their quality of lives through safe strength training and rehab exercises, focusing on doing a great job and feeling comfortable and understood.

  1. Contact me here and tell me your story.
    What you are looking for, what you want to achieve, questions, etc.

  2. Book your first assessment here.
    We need to know where you are, to create a path that will get you to where you want to be.

  3. Prices and Schedule.
    30 min, 45 min or 1 hour.
    We discuss and choose the option that adapts better to your budget and schedule.

Online Pilates Class

From the comfort of my home to yours.

Zoom live group and pre-recorded classes using small equipment.

Every class is a combination of:

  • Mat Pilates repertoire from beginner options to advance.

  • Joint mobility exercises to improve the range of motion in your joints.

  • Stretching exercises to help you improve your flexibility and relieve tension on the neck, back and hips.

My main focus is on teaching you the correct technique and the mind and body connection to help you move in an effective way decreasing the risk of injuries.

 

Each class is different, and you will notice and feel your progress as you go.

You will be able to see me on your screen, but no one else will see you. Amen to Privacy!

How it works

  • Download for free the Zoom app in your preferred device (make sure I can see you and you can see me).

  • Short loop resistance bands, swissball, and dumbbells are recommended but not essential.

  • Zoom link will be sent after booking.

  • Classes go for 50 min to 1 hour.

  • Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Ages 18+.

  • Please contact me if you have a special condition, so we can discuss the best options for you.

  • Monday (pre-recorded) from 5:00 am available for 1 week.

  • Wednesday 5:15 pm

  • Friday 6:30 am

    Single Class $17 - Select the best options for you and book in advance all the classes you want.

    1 week pack $45 - Access to all classes for 1 week.

    Full block $140 - 4-week block. Access to all classes. Check timetable for starting date.

Esther’s methodology has been built with a lot of different tools to guide you in every step and ensure you achieve your fitness and physical goals. Her mission is to get you stronger, healthier and therefore happier (she might even tell you some jokes in Spanish too!), and to help you move good and feel even better every day.

Why Pilates and why now?

Let’s be honest here, the rush of modern life is starting to take a toll in our mental and physical health, and we are constantly living with aches, pain and more disconnected with our bodies than ever.

Although Pilates is not the magic pill that will fix everything, it will get you in to a state where you can connect your body and mind… how good is that!

Pilates is challenging, energising, fun, and you will have me there guiding you every step of the way.

 My Mat Pilates class is a combination of functional exercises, joint mobility and stretching incorporating the use of resistance bands, light weights, and rings to help you strengthen your body from the inside out.

Pilates is one of the best rehab methodology’s used by physiotherapist and high performance athletes around the world to improve core strength, body awareness and alignment, posture, coordination, flexibility and general fitness.

  • Bring a towel and water bottle

  • Book a single class or the full term below with up to 1 hour in advanced.

  • Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Ages 18+.
