This is an experience where you are the master of your time, but we still be working as a team. Weekly and monthly check-ins are essential to track your progress and it’s all done via my training App.
Accountability, regular check ins, and flexibility.
Programs are changed every 4 to 6 weeks.

The EC Method
A methodology based on a holistic approach to fitness and wellness and personalised to your individual needs.
1. Prepare Foundation
By assessing your current physical condition, Esther determines the best training program for you with an approach based on core strength, postural correction, and joint mobilisation.
2. Strength and Rehab
Release what is tight and activate what is weak. We build strength and rehabilitate with exercises based on basic movement patterns, prioritising joint health and muscular function.
3. Re-assess and Polish
Once the foundations are built, we re-assess, consider new physical challenges, and adjust training according to your progress and new physical goals.
