Zoom live group and pre-recorded classes using basic equipment.

Every class is a combination of:

  • Mat Pilates repertoire from beginner options to advance.

  • Joint mobility exercises to improve the range of motion in your joints.

  • Stretching exercises to help you improve your flexibility and release tension.

My main focus is on teaching you the correct technique and the mind and body connection to help you move in an effective way decreasing the risk of injuries.

FOCUS ON THE REAL GOALS, PREVENT INJURIES AND BECOME A STRONGER VIBRANT, VERSION OF YOURSELF.

How it works:

  • Download the Zoom app in your preferred device (make sure I can see you and you can see me). 

  • Equipment: Short loop resistance band, Swiss ball, and 1-2 kg dumbbells.

  • Zoom link will be sent after booking.

  • Classes go for 50 min to 1 hour.

  • Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Ages 18+.

  • Please contact me if you have a special condition, so we can discuss the best options for you.

Schedule and Prices:

  • Monday (pre-recorded). Emailed at 4:00 am. 

  • Wednesday 5:15 pm – Mat Pilates

  • Friday 5:45 am – Strength Pilates (Dumbbells)

  • Single Class $20 - Select the best options for you and book all the classes you want in advance.

  • Full block $150 - 4-week block. Access to all classes. Email Esther for starting date.
