After your first complementary assessment, we create a personalised and specific training program based on your goals and needs. By combining different tools and methods we can build strength, improve your mobility, increase your flexibility, and give you that feeling good factor.

PT Sessions are held in Albion - Brisbane, in a private studio with the right equipment to safely help you achieve your goals in a sustainable way.

No loud music, screams or “all eyes on me” kind of feeling, we will work together in an environment where people are looking to improve their quality of life through safe strength training, by doing a great job, feeling comfortable and understood.

1. Prepare Foundation

By assessing your current physical condition, Esther determines the best training program for you with an approach based on core strength, postural correction, and joint mobilisation.

 

2. Strength and Rehab

Release what is tight and activate what is weak. We build strength and rehabilitate with exercises based on basic movement patterns, prioritising joint health and muscular function.

 

3. Re-assess and Polish

Once the foundations are built, we re-assess, consider new physical challenges, and adjust training according to your progress and new physical goals.
